This week is the last week for Student Life so we had picnic

It was so~ great!The weather was sunny, it was so nice and it's just perfect!haha

Indo Festival

There was Festival Indonesia on 23th-24th October 2010 in Melbourne.

It was greatt!

Go Indo Go Indo Go!!

It was so crowded and so hot and windy at the same time Brr~..

Sate Padang!!

Empek-Empek!!! Aaaaa~~..

lol and I ate Es Ganepo, Rujak and Es cincau-campur..

There were so many other food, Nasi Kapau, Bakso, Guded, Pecel, etc. Aaaa~

It was quite expensive though, not worthed if i may say, but what can I do?

When you want it, you go for it haha.

I went to church too that Sunday for the first time.

It was great and they gave me glass for the welcome gift. Yuhuu~..

All You Can Eat

When it comes to food, eating especially when we're hungry, we have onething in common.

No matter we're elders, tennagers, babies, man, or woman.

We are rough or We are calm.

We become viscious. lol

On Saturday morning, Lay bee, Jamie and I went to have dumplings for breakfast.

We go to a resto called Dragon Palace if I'm not wrong haha. It's all you can eat $22 each.

But 'cause we are so cool lol we eat 'til like $90 total lol

We ate there for 3 hours!Crazy hah? haha

There were more than the pictures. Most of the dumplings we had are prawn. 

We were sick of prawn already haha 

So after eating many many dumplings, we turned to the dessert..

My friends in here had a suprise party for me too hahaha it's quite suprising honestly cause I didn't suspect anything. haha..
On that Friday night I slept over at my friend's house, Lay bee, we had this massive dinner haha

lol!!

My coconut-milk jelly 'experiment' was done, but now I know what to do to make it better haha

That's all thanks to Master chef Laybee and her assistants Jamie, Julie, Silvia, and Me!haha 

Minh? She was lost with her music and dancing haha

After having the massive dinner, We did the cleaning, there were lots to wash but you know you can always make things fun by...listening music, singing and dancing!and when you realize, you'll finish in no time haha. It works, trust me.

Anyway, after I finished my cleaning, they told me to take a bath and I didn't suspect anything 'cause I thought that we were dirty and oily so taking a bath is fair enough. They even say ''Take your time'' but  I didn't realise anything hahaha. Stupid~

I don't know about that but one thing that I know is 20/10 means a lot to me.

Today is my last day of Christianity Explained.

Christianity Explained is six weeks meetings where I can learn more about God, Jesus and Christianity. 

I have someone, who is Christian, her name is Sarah, she explained to me about Christian and I ask her all things about Christian that I want to ask.

I used to go to church to when I was in Medan, back in high school and from kid my school is a Christian/Catholic school so I know about Christian.

I always think that it's not just coincidences that I went to Medan and studied in Methodist-2. I went to church, I joined the school choir and Chamber Choir, to worship God, and we always pray before we start our practice and after, maybe it's just a small thing, but to think about it, it really meant something. It brought me closer to God. 

Someone said, ''Pray is a way to talk to God.''

and then I chose Melbourne, met with Jessica, she's from America, I think I haven't told you about her right? Hmm~ this gonna be a long story haha

Okay so I still remember it's wednesday, I was eating my sushi at the park and suddenly there were two girl, Jessica and girlthatIforgothername =), came to me and asked me some question about Christianity, after that Jessica and I catched up for several times, it was just a short time because she had to go back to Virginia, US, too bad.. short story (singkat cerita lol) she introduce me to Rebecca, the she asked me to come to the student life, where u know, I met these all new people, met Sarah, did the Christianity Explained, we only have 2 meetings left for this year..So sad 'cause I won't be able to meet them again til next year maybe..

and you know, two days ago I met a boy from Bali, Indonesia, Jonathan. It was raining, I was waiting for the tram, then he came to me and offer me his umbrella, so nice of him =), but I said ''No Thankyou'' , then the tram came, we got on to the tram. At first we still speak English and he thought I am from China ??! haha but we found out that we're Indonesian! haha We talked and and there's a conversation taht lead to word ''church'' so he asked my religion, I answered that I am buddhist but I am learning bout Christianity now, he asked wheter I go to any church ot not and I said that I haven't found it yet, so he asked me to go to his church on this Sunday...

Is it all make sense?? hahaha
I mean, Somehow it's like God lead me to this path, a way that he have planned for me.
How amazing is it??

Soo~ yeah I think about it.
I know it will be hard, it won't be easy, yet I don't want to let this moment pass by just like that.
I think there were many times when God open the gate and like ask me ''Would you come with me?"
but this time it's like the main gate!
and I stand there right in the line, thinking to go inside, but something hold me back, my family.
I ask myself
''Do I ready?? Can I believe and put my trust and my life in God?? Will I be strong??''
and I still don't know the answers.
I really hope I can decide it, to put my trust in Jesus despite all the matter and things that may happen in the future.

Lucky or Sixth- Sense?!

I am damn luckyyy or my geniusity (?!) has grown become sixth-sense?! LOL

Oci, before today it was happened also, but today is just different.

First, I thought to go to my friend's house last night, I never go to her house and I don't really have purpose to go there, just curiousity haha, and this morning she asked me if I wanted to go to her place to have lunch. 

So I thought, ''Hmm, oci, it happened before.''

Second, I thought of having pizza for dinner just in case if Sue went out 'til late. I told Jo, the other homestay student from China, too but she didn't feel like eating ''bread with any meat'' tonight haha so I waited and not long time after it, Sue came back!  She knocked at my door and said '' Pizza girls'' and I just like '' Is this a joke?!'' hahaha

Lastly, I felt like playing piano, like really really want to play. So I pulled the keyboard out that lie under the sofa in my bedroom , and cleaned it. Then I went to eat my dinner, I asked Tahnee if she know where the cable of keyboard is. She didn't know. No body in the house knew it. At that moment, she stood at the kitchen and when I asked, she said she didn't know then she saw a cable under the sofa. She went to take it and asked me to try it. I was eating my pizza, but I'm so curious so I went back to my room to try the cable, I pluged it in and guess whattt??? It works!!!

I am so happy that I feel like flying!!! lol

I am free from the 'Depression Circle' that I had before that I wrote in last post. I think maybe it'll happen again so I have to prepare myself not to be down, but be strong and face it with smileee~! haha

But now, I am so haaaaaaappppyyyyyyy lol
